I was looking for a replacement for the Listerine/Reach flosser because they have decided NOT to sell bulk unflavored refills. Only the flavored ones. They say if you want unflavored, buy a whole new flosser that comes with 8 refill heads. Anyway, these are much shorter handles. Not good if you have big hands and want to get to your back teeth. And, for me, the heads sometimes get stuck between my teeth and come off the flosser, especially in the back. I've talked to the seller. He doesn't have that problem. Not everyone's teeth are straight and have proper spacing. If your teeth are close together, or crooked, you may have a problem with this flosser. I still use it as I cannot use the flavored refills that come in bulk for other flossers. I just know I sometimes need to go in and get the head from between my teeth. I will say that I have noticed the angle of the flosser itself as you use it may have something to do with the heads coming off during use. I have not had a checkup since switching to this flosser, so I do not know if it is as good as the original Reach. No matter what, I never had a problem with those heads coming off.
